Hotel is undergoing renovations. Lobby and common areas look great, and our renovated room was nice. Hallways are still old and grimy in some parts of the hotel, but hopefully finished soon. Shuttle to airport runs every 20 minutes, reserve your spot in the morning if needed. Hotel was a bit understaffed during our stay.

When we entered our room it was uncomfortably warm and the air was completely still. We were advised by staff that the air conditioning had been turned off intentionally and would not be available until later in the season. They offered us a fan and then provided a pathetic excuse for a portable air conditioner. Realizing there was no way we would be able to sleep in that room, we went to a very comfortable Best Western. Hilton refused us a refund and only offered a different room. What good would that have done without sir conditioning?

The room only had one towel , the room didn’t have a key they had to Leto in , no hand soap , the toilet paper are about to run out and the TV didn’t work . On the positive note starting with the shuttle driver the front desk receptionist the waitress at the restaurant the hotel have exceptional staff they were very helpful full in more ways than one after traveling the whole day .

Gorgeous hotel next to the airport. Delicious dining options. Great bar. Room is modern & elegant. Only downside, they sprung for a fancy electric kettle & i stant coffee. For the price I really would have liked a real coffee machine.

Although the staff was very helpful and courteous and the common areas were beautiful, our room was old, stale, and airless with windows that didn’t open. We were underwhelmed, especially for a Hilton property.

I had issues with my card being charged for the room after i paid cash upon checkout. Other than that, the hotel and staff were very nice. The rooms were great and it is located very conveniently to the airport. Strongly recommend!

Had a fantastic, clean large room here. Very close to airport with a free shuttle at my request leaving and going to the airport in the very early morning. That worked very well. When arriving though, the courtesy phones at the airport were non-functional, and even though it is very close to the airport there isnt really an easily walkable pedestrian path there. My room was not quite ready at 3pm, but they gave me a better room to compensate. You will be relegated to the hotel and restaurant without a vehicle, as there isn't much around there other than the airport and other hotels. The old village of Vitrolles is a worthwhile visit though if you have time to kill, but you'd have to drive or take a taxi/Bolt to get there.

Chambre surchauffée et pas de facture !
Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas donc malgré avoir coupé le chauffage la chambre est restée étouffante toute la nuit. Donc j'ai très mal dormi et cerise sur le gâteau je n'ai pas pû avoir ma facture au moment du départ car la réservation a été faite sur Expedia. Je fréquente beaucoup d'hôtels et c'est la première fois que je rencontre cette mésaventure ! Donc fini, je ne reviendrai plus.

Il est vrai que, notre système de climatisation étant à sens unique, la chaleur en chambre peut être ressentie selon les périodes de redoux. Nos équipes mettent tout en œuvre pour trouver une solution adaptée. En ce qui concerne votre facture, elle n'est en effet pas disponible à l'hôtel car le séjour a été réglé sur Expedia. Nous vous invitons à la télécharger sur votre espace directement. Nous vous adressons à nouveau nos sincères excuses et espérons toutefois pouvoir vous accueillir une nouvelle fois au Hilton Garden Inn et vous faire passer cette fois ci, un excellent séjour.

I simply cannot say enough about this property. Beautiful lobby and public spaces right at the airport. The food was good (Caesar chicken salad) and the service was prompt and friendly. Six months ago I found myself needing a one night hotel at the Marseille airport and stayed in the competing hotel across the parking lot (Ibis) ....that hotel stay does not compare in any way to my very pleasant stay at this beautiful spot. This hotel is a little bit more money than the other but well worth it. Clean and spacious with large tv and good size bathroom. Nice water pressure in the shower. Comfy linens on the bed. The bus transport to the airport (at 3:50am!) was prompt and there was coffee and a basket of croissants ready for us since they knew we were leaving early. Checkout process was super fast. It's a very short (5 minute) bus ride to the airport. Very nice experience; I will be back! Thank you!!

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, renovado, moderno y muy acogedor. El proceso de check in excelente. La atención de primera, amables y hablan inglés y español. Servicio de maletas a la habitación. El servicio de Shuttle al aeropuerto fue puntual 4:50am. No tengo duda que este es el mejor hotel en el área y el mejor servicio. Volvería sin duda alguna.

This hotel is definitely excellent. The not great reviews were written mostly when the hotel was under renovation. The renovations are over and it’s very nice with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The staff were nice and spoke English. The airport shuttle runs 24/7 and took us to the airport at 4 am. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner and both meals were very good and reasonably priced. You need to use your room key (card) to access the elevator to get to your room which is a nice safety feature. And last but not least the pool was still open the beginning of October which was nice because it was still in the 80’s. Would definitely stay there again before and after a long flight to and from the USA.

This was a perfect fit for what ewe wanted a safe clean hotel room, before catching our flight back home. Although we never got a chance to experience the restaurants, pool or bar, they were within easy reach and available. What made us highly recommend this hotel were the friendly check-in staff and their helpful recommendations for day excursions. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again.
