nice clean rooms, great staff experience note not all electric vehicle charging stations are the same in France, you may want to contact the hotel to see if you are able to be accommodated to their charging stations

Photos from website did not present an accurate picture of hotel exterior or mention of location - industrial area w nothing tourist might enjoy around it. Pool area and pool itself while not in use due to cooler weather was not kept up, pigeon droppings were not cleaned from decks

New Smart Hotel on the edge of Martigues

Newly built comfortable hotel so nice fresh and clean. Secure parking with numerous EV charging points. Quiet location at night in the more industrial zone of Martigues and not near any of the refineries so no residual smells. Roof top restaurant and bar looks promising but regretfully it is closed at the weekend. Pool table and table football in the lobby free of charge. Would definitely stay here again if one needed to be in the area.

For a 4 star hotel expected a bit more. Restaurant wasn’t Open on weekend and no minimart or little store area to get snacks/drinks. Apparently cleaning of the rooms are not done on weekends so we had to ask for clean towels

Personnel au top mais prestations Ă  ameliorer

Lhotel golden tulip est moderne et récent. Malheureusement, la situation géographique est vraiment un gros point noir. Tres excentré, sans voiture, il faut compter une trentaine de min sachant que les transports en commun à Martigues sont quasiment inexistants. L'environnement de la zone industrielle alentour de l'hÎtel est une dechetterie à ciel ouvert, nous n'avions jamais vu autant de déchets en France avant cela. Le restaurant etait fermé en plein mois d'août ce qui est vraiment incompréhensible et des pizzas surgelées à 14 euros etaient proposees le midi et le soir...aux alentours il n'y a pas de restaurant mais des snacks qui ne donnent pas envie d'y manger...la chambre etait tres confortable en termes de literie mais le rideau blanc laissant passer la lumiÚre du jour nous a réveillés tous les matins. La chambre nest pas toujours nettoyee et tres souvent à moitié (poubelle non changée, café, gobelets, serviettes non remplacés). La tele a souvent buggué et la clim a lùché le dernier jour. La piscine etait glaciale les premiers jours puis sest rechauffee au fur et a mesure du sejour. Le point ultra positif de l'hÎtel : la gentillesse incroyable du personnel de l'accueil (hormis le personnel de nuit assez désagréable). Une pensée particuliÚre pour Maiker et NadÚge qui ont été vraiment adorables. Mais tout le monde fait vraiment au mieux pour que le sejour se passe bien. Ils ont beaucoup de courage et de patience car c'est un travail qui n'est vraiment pas facile. Merc

Beaucoup de places de parking pour la recharge Ă©lectrique avec les bornes de Total Énergie. Les chambres sont propres et convenable ; cependant bruyante puisqu'on entend les bruits de la chambre au-dessus. La piscine est petite et vu l'emplacement, elle prend que partiellement le soleil. En plus l'eau n'est pas trĂšs propre.

Personnel accueillant et agréable. Lespace piscine est grand manque peut etre equipement mais jolie piscine. L'hÎtel et la chambre était bien entretenue et propre. La literie confortable. Le restaurant les plats ete tres copieux et bon juste dommage quil y avait un manque d'organisation et de sourire. Nous avons passez un bon séjour je recommande pour un petit sejour tranquille

Excellent séjour en famille

Excellent séjour. L'hÎtel est trÚs beau, propre et facile d'accÚs (à cÎté de l'autoroute) avec un grand parking. Situé dans une zone industrielle il faudra la voiture pour rejoindre le centre ville de Martigues. Le cadre est trÚs beau vue sur le canal. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour grùce à la sympathie de l'ensemble du personnel : femmes et hommes de chambre, réceptionnistes.. tout le monde a été adorable avec nous et notre chien. Une adresse à retenir! Prochaine fois nous testerons le restaurant et profiterons de la piscine qui est ouverte en saison.

Ça aurait pu ĂȘtre parfait

HĂŽtel impeccable Ă  part qu’il faisait 28 degrĂ©s dans la chambre malgrĂ© le chauffage Ă©teint. ObligĂ© de dormir la baie vitrĂ©e ouverte malgrĂ© les 5 degrĂ©s extĂ©rieur. Dommage car le personnel Ă©tait excellent et l’hĂŽtel trĂšs propre.

TrĂšs bon accueil. Petit bĂ©mol sur le bruit. En effet le restaurant est situĂ© au dessus des chambres et le bruit des chaises sur le sol le matin de bon heure m’a rĂ©veillĂ©e. La pose de feutres anti bruit sous les chaises serait la bienvenue.
