"I think this hotel needs some updating. The rooms were okay, had some bumps in the road, but the staff and the management team handled it. Air conditioning did not work initially, the remote did not work. The gym was not working, and it was a bummer that it cost extra to use and sauna and steam room. "Lovely hotel. All appears to be very new and still parts being finished. Food is good. Lots of pools to choose from. Most of the life at night appears to be at the top part of the hotel. It was easy to get a sunbed on the beach even in the afternoons. There is nothing outside of the hotel but everything is available in the resort.
