「The staff were helpful during our weekend stay. Trolley drivers were quite knowledgeable about the grounds. Our room was clean and maintained during our stay. Room service was good but beverage covers for juices would have been preferred.」

Only stayed 1 night instead of 2 Would not recommend!! Advertised as having a bar and restaurant but they weren't open.」

「There are a lot of extra activities available at the Biltmore. Our time was limited but we squeezed in an eBike rental and explored the property at our own pace. Would definitely recommend.」

All the accommodations were very clean. There are beautiful gardens to browse and the house is within walking distance to a park, botanical gardens and restaurants. The stay was reasonably priced for the accommodations and service we experienced.」
