「My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW」

「Great location, close to Mascot train station. The room is equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and oven, making it ideal for families.」

「I got free parking offered which is excellent. Room is clean and tidy. Front desk staffs are nice and with fast reaction. Location is perfect!」

「There was no one answering the phone at all — whether calling housekeeping or reception for help. The shuttle bus service is misleading; the hotel works with a third party and they don’t recommend guests to use it. Honestly, why not just cancel the service altogether?」

「The staff was extremely helpful!」

「Room was clean and well enough equipped for the price. VERY creaky floors though. Parking is street parking. Off peak that wasn’t an issue within a short walk. Some road noise but nothing that stopped me sleeping. Bed was comfy.」

「The Reception staff very kindly allowed me to check in early and check out late, which helped with my travel planning.」

「very good」

「Room is spacious and thegreat and Justin is very helpful. 」

「I only stayed one night for my second day's flight. Unfortunately, the bed was full sell of White Flower Embrocation, obviously house keeper has nose problem that day.」
