Excellent

We had such fun! Hamid went out of his way to make our stay exceptional with delicious food, quad biking, dune buggies and camel rides. The dinner and show in the evening was very entertaining and turned into a big party!

ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE: EVITATE QUESTO POSTO! Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare in questa struttura, rischiate di ritrovarvi senza una sistemazione adeguata e con un’esperienza rovinata. Ecco cosa è successo a noi: All’arrivo ci viene assegnata una tenda, con l’avvertimento che c’era un “piccolo problema” ma che sarebbe stato risolto entro mezz’ora. Quel “piccolo problema”, però, era l’assenza totale di acqua e corrente elettrica, con il condizionatore smontato e inutilizzabile. Fidandoci del proprietario, decidiamo di aspettare e nel frattempo andiamo a fare un’escursione. Al nostro ritorno, ci assicurano che stavano ancora lavorando e che tutto sarebbe stato sistemato entro sera. Purtroppo, dopo cena, scopriamo che non solo nulla era stato risolto, ma che nessuno stava più lavorando al problema. Torniamo alla reception per cercare assistenza, ma non troviamo nessuno: il proprietario era sparito e non si è fatto vedere neppure il giorno dopo per scusarsi e offrirci una soluzione di rimborso. Alla fine, siamo stati costretti a dormire in cinque in una tenda da tre posti, grazie alla disponibilità di amici che ci hanno ospitato. Il giorno dopo abbiamo scoperto che anche un’altra famiglia aveva avuto la stessa identica disavventura. Vi consiglio di stare alla larga da questa struttura e da chi la gestisce.

Cauchemar en désert.

Serviettes salles, pas d'eau chaude le soir malgré nos réclamations. Pas d'eau tout court la nuit et le matin y compris dans les toilettes...repas du soir correct mais nous avons été malade la nuit...lit enfant à même le sol donc inutilisable à cause du froid. Nous avons eu froid toute la nuit et malgré ça on nous fait petit déjeuner dehors le matin alors qu'il y avait la tente restaurant ou nous avions mangé le soir! Le seul bon moment c'était le départ et c'était valable pour l'ensemble des clients dans la navette.Évitez vous ce cauchemar.

Das ganze Camp ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder versprechen mehr. Es war aber trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt in grandioser Umgebung.
