Amazing service

Riad is well located, just 10 mins walk to main square. Karim and Aziz provided very good information about all the details that we needed. They even offered to book hammam reservation, excursions and airport transfers. They served a very good breakfast that we enjoyed. They were extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to help us when we informed them about the issues that we had with our bank. They treat the guests as their own family. This is the best riad that we stayed in our entire trip in Morrocco. We stayed with a baby and highly recommend it for families.

El trato fue muy amable, el lugar es muy limpio y cómodo; sin embargo, está muy lejos de la plaza principal y muy escondido y nada accesible si estás con maletas y demás. Riad restaurado con gusto.

Riad muy bien restaurado, conservando el sabor típico de estas edificaciones. Bien situado dentro de la medina, aunque es difícil de encontrar sin un guía. Recomendable contratar con el hotel el transporte desde el aeropuerto. El personal, excelente. Buen servicio y limpio. Para repetir.

Friendly staff, nice & quiet Riad

The Riad was clean and quiet and the staff couldn't have done more to help. Very friendly and helpful. They managed to negotiate a discount on the advertised cost of a couple of excursions for us. The location of the Riad in the Medina makes it rather difficult to locate and was a good 30 min walk from the main square. However, it was a great opportunity to explore the maze of passages and alleys on the way to and from the Riad. A local had to help us find our way back the first night (you will find everyone very helpful) and then we managed on our own after that - apart from one night when a wrong turn took us in a completely different area. But that's half the fun. Breakfast was simple but good. You can request it at any time you think you'll be ready for it. There's a small roof terrace which is great for sitting out with a bottle of wine and watching the sun go down.
