Service was wonderful, staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and served at our convenience. Lovely roof terrace, although the view isn’t much, but is a great sun trap and cosy for relaxing and you may even get a visit from some local cats. The building could do with a little touch up in parts and is a little rough round the edges, but the decor is stylish and authentic, not too over the top.

Modern but traditional amazing experience

This location has it all. It’s convenient to walk from parking or a taxi to the El Jma Fna square. It’s clean, has every amenity but still keeps a traditional and unique look and feel. Reda was the manager who took care of us throughout our stay and offered recommendations of what else to see in the city.

Brilliant!

Incredible service, Ismail was fantastic, he was so welcoming and helped us every way he could! The breakfast was delicious and general aesthetic was beautiful! Would recommend to anyone!

Wunderschönes historisches Haus, geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit Brunnen im Atrium und Dachterrasse. Etwas versteckt am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen. Um 6h morgens wird man vom Gebetsrufen der nahe gelegenen Moschee geweckt...

This place is wonderful. I can’t fault it.

This Riad is wonderful. It is what you would expect a typical Moroccan Riad to be like. Built around a central courtyard with a fountain in the middle. Our room was lovely and the service amazing. Reda couldn’t have been more helpful when I was quite sick and went to find a pharmacy for medication. Thank you. It is right in the middle of the Kazbah Down tiny laneways. Fantastic.

Great place

We had such a great stay at Khadija, staff was very helpful in every way and helped arrange transfer, guide etc. which was beyond our expectations. The place is very authentic and beautiful, when you enter you instantly feels in “zen”. Would def book this place again if we’re visiting marrakech again.

Hyggeligt riad

Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse med Riad Khadija. Ejeren ser man ikke meget til, men de to night managers var super flinke og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var intet at skrive hjem om, brødet var meget tørt. Vi bestilte middag den første dag. Den var ej heller noget særligt og maden findes bedre rundt i byen, men det var dejligt ikke at skulle tænke på mad den første aften. Værelserne var rigtig fine omend lidt kolde i januar måned. Der var en lækker og rolig tagterrasse, som vi benyttede os af flere gange. Vi følte os meget trygge. Generelt en rigtig fin oplevelse.

Hidden Gem

This Riad is quintessential Morocco from the decor to the warm welcome. The staff are very friendly and have a wealth of local knowledge for you, they can offer help with organised tours and trips to local hammams. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and secure. It's quiet and safe. The local breakfast is the perfect way to wake up. To the newcomer the location is hard to find, down narrow alleyways, google maps will send you on the wrong path so make sure you have a printed map in advance. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were a little wary as we tried to find our way from where the taxi dropped us off. The staff will come to you if you give them a call.

+ The Riad is beautiful and well kept, it's a bit off the beaten track, but it feels like home away from home once you arrive. + The room was spacious for 3 people, beds very comfortable and a lovely shower room. + The staff were probably the best hosts I've had from all of my holidays. Ismael and Reda went out of there way to help us and make us feel welcome, helped us book our tours and went out with us to get dinner after a being on a hike all day! + The location is good, you're only 15mins away from the the main sqaure.

Hotel precioso muy cerca de la plaza

El hotel está ha solo 5 minutos andando de la plaza Jamaa el Fna, lo que hace que estes en el centro de la vida de la Médina. La habitación perfecta, espaciosa y con la cama cómoda, el baño muy bonito. El personal es muy atento

Oase van rust in de medina

Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Mooie kamers in Marokkaanse stijl, gezellige binnenplaats en super fijn dakterras. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel/eigenaar. Lekker ontbijt. Fijn om na de drukke straten van Marrakech te genieten van de rust en zon (of schaduw) in het riad.

Could enjoy authentic Riad atmosphere and the staff is very kind and take care us a lot. The transportation system from airport worked well too. We could easily found the driver at arrival gate and sent us to the Riad smoothly.
