hotel assez médiocre et assez peu accueillant

Dès mon arrivée on a essayé de m'arnaquer sur le prix. Quelques jours avant mon arrivée, on ma' supprimé la dernière nuit. J'ai dû trouver moi-même un autre hébergement!!! le 3ème jour sur4 on m'a fait changer de chambre sans me demander mon avis car des clients de l'année dernière arrivaient et voulaient cette chambre!!! Petit déjeûner rigoureusement le même chaque jour (diabétiques: à fuir!!!!) Propreté des lieux très douteuse.

Super petit déj avec une dame très souriante et douce. Le riad est très charmant et calme pour le prix et la terasse sur le toit super. Au niveau du staff je dirais juste bon mais pas de conseils sur ce qu'il faut visiter ou de bonnes adresses où aller manger.

Cozy Riad tucked into the busy streets.

Everything about this Riad was very nice. The staff were by far the best part, as they were very nice and helpful. The rooms were well-kept, although the pictures posted on the booking sites are not quite accurate. Some lead you to believe there is more space in the rooms than there really is. I understand space is at a premium at these Riads, and that this size is the standard, but the pictures depict rooms as being larger than they really are. Just be prepared! Overall though, the stay was very nice.

Appena dentro alla medina, zona comodissima per la fermata dei pullman e i giardini Majorelle. Le condizioni sono però appena sotto la media dei Riad marocchini. Il wi-fi era debole e la doccia poco pratica.

Ok riad on one of the main streets in the medina.

Average riad - nothing too special. Good location close to one of the gates and situated on a main street. Pretty easy to find.

Beautiful riad, poor customer service

Our first 2 nights were in Touaregs, a large, clean room, well worth the price, but a bit noisy. We left for a 3-day tour & then returned for a final night at the riad. Sindibad is a small 2nd-floor room that smelled of mold, but it was quieter. We changed our original reservation through hotels.com, but when we arrived we accidentally paid for an extra night. When we realized our mistake, we asked Barak for a refund. He said he "didn't get any email from hotels.com"; we provided the confirmation emails to show we had made the change in advance. Barak simply shrugged & never offered up a solution. Eventually I asked if we could have a dinner at the riad to compensate the overpayment. Thankfully Barak agreed. The evening prior to our tour, we asked Youssef if we should do anything to ensure we could have breakfast before we left at 8am. He said to just come downstairs whenever we were ready. At 7a no one was to be seen; at 730 we decided to go into the kitchen ourselves & found some bread & butter. The noise seemed to have woken Barack up. He didn't offer anything. We asked for some jam & juice, which was provided the prior morning. He replied with "breakfast service does not start until 8." We told him we had informed Youssef of the situation; he gave us the requested items. More customer service blunders ensued; we never asked for anything out of the ordinary. Barak's poor service was to the point where we'd recommend staying elsewhere to avoid the frustration.

Hôtel très accueillant et chaleureux

Petite semaine de repos dans cet demeure à merveilles. Personnel très disponible et à l'écoute du moindre de vos désirs. Situé dans la médina et proche de toutes les commodités et du quartier Guéliz (2minutes en taxi). Une bonne connxion wifi depuis les chambres, ce qui est efficace pour parler à la pauvre famille resté en France. Loin de toutes ces annonces mensongère, cet hôtel est très fidèle à ce qui est décrit sur le site Le maitre des lieux est une personne humble et très souriant. Je le recommande vivement !!

Great staff and service

It is amazing the fact that just behind the entrance door of the Riad the environment changes. The owner/manager was very helpful and friendly and took all the necessary time to inform us and guide us about the destination. I firmly recommend this property

La estancia fue agradable. El Riad por dentro estaba muy bien, habitaciones muy bonitas y cuidadas, un jardín fresco con una pequeña piscina. El desayuno correcto. La situación del Riad por el contrario no nos pareció muy buena. Teníamos que andar unos veinte minutos para llegar a la plaza Djamaa el Fna y la zona en la que estaba situado no era de los mejores ambientes de la ciudad. Nos dimos cuenta que en otros barrios era diferente. Además la calle muy transitada por coches, motos, bicicletas...

A lovely quiet oasis

A lovely quiet riad, quite a way out from the centre but that gives you a great walk through the souks to get there. Although the rooms are small, the rooftop terrace more than makes up for it, with lots of space to sit and relax.
