This was my first time in Marrakech wirh my wife. This rriad is absolutely beautiful, impeccable. The staff and our host Lawrence are incredible. Breakfast is excellent. We alao booed a hamman and deep tissue massage offered in the ruad, this was excellent and done by professionals. This riad is the place to stay in Marrakech.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well, looked after and made to feel truly welcome. The riad is beautiful, clean, and cosy, and the staff are always there to help and guide you. The room is very cosy and filled with authentic Moroccan ornaments and interior design. Each morning, the staff prepared a fresh breakfast and even took the time to sit with us, showing us a map and pointing out the best parts of Marrakech. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. The location of the riad is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Medina square and all the souks. I felt completely safe walking back to the riad, even late at night. I can’t recommend this place enough, you’ll have a fantastic trip if you stay here. Laurence and her amazing team will take great care of you.

Amazing 4 night stay at Riad Charme Orient. Laurence and everyone were so welcoming and helpful. Our taxi collection was there to meet us even though our flight was a little late and then Said met us at the end of the road to walk through to the riad. A warm welcome and lots of helpful information, things to be aware of, places we could go to visit. Our room was amazing, small but beautiful with a lovely seating area outside. Breakfasts were delicious and lots of it. We didn't use the hammam but it smelt amazing whenever we passed. Can't recommend this place highly enough. The whole team treated us like family.

Riad Charme d’Orient - it was an absolute pleasure to stay here! The most wonderful owners and staff who made our first visit to Marrakesh a pure delight. The Riad is beautiful with chic decoration! Charm d’Orient is a beautifully run riad in a quiet part of the Medina, yet still within easy walking distance of key sights, souks, and restaurants. It’s an ideal base for exploring Marrakech while having a calm place to return to at the end of the day. The riad is very well maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated with traditional Moroccan details. Rooms are comfortable with good air-conditioning, quality bedding, and reliable hot water all important after long days exploring the city. The team truly makes the difference. Laurence, Fatima,Soufian and Said were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay from practical advice and directions to thoughtful personal touches that made us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfasts were fresh, generous, and well prepared, and the riad remained peaceful and quiet at night, which is a real bonus in the Medina. Overall, Charm d’Orient offers excellent value, warm hospitality, and a great location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic yet comfortable riad experience in Marrakech.

What a wonderful experience, even before travelling out the communication from Laurence and the team was fantastic, the staff here are so thoughtful and really do care about you, giving you great advice and suggestions about what to do and where do go, without any pressure being put on you. We were celebrating a birthday whilst in Marrakech and the staff went out of their way to make it a really special time. The riad itself is beautiful, very traditional decor which is what you want in a riad, it has everything you need, the location is fantastic, giving you a great base to explore Marrakech, breakfast is spot on and plenty. When we return to Morocco we'll definitely be staying here. Thank you for everything you did for us.

Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt im Riad Charme d' Orient!!! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, Said und Laurence sind sehr warmherzig und aufmerksam. Schon vorab per Mail war der Kontakt sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sobald man dann durch die etwas unscheinbare Eingangstür tritt, öffnet sich ein traumhaftes Juwel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ausreichend groß, nur die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas klein. Wirklich toll fand ich das liebevoll angerichtete und köstliche Frühstück, auch hier spürte man in Allem die Liebe zum Detail. Oben gibt es eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse, wo man auch mal herrlich die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Unbedingt zu erwähnen sind auch Soufiane, Asnah und Fatima, die mit ihrer herzlichen und lieben Art allesamt dazu beitragen, dass man sich rundherum wohlfühlt. Alles ist fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Medina, der Jemaa el- Fnaa, die Souks, Restaurants, Supermarkt usw. Dieser Ort ist magisch, ein absoluter Glücksgriff und unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!
