Excellent location. Basic in terms of amenities but this suited us perfectly. Very clean, and our host Nora was wonderful.
My favorite place to stay when in Marrakesh. I feel like I’m at home. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. It’s clean, safe beautiful rooftop. Highly recommend!!!!
Do not rent here! We rented all the rooms here but arrived and they said everything was rented. They then managed to cancel a guest so we got their room, the next night we had to change rooms, the third night we had to change rooms again where they took the green sofa mattress that is normally at the reception. When I asked for a pillow and sheet to be able to sleep on the floor on it they shook their heads and were really rude and said that is what they offer. They do not cooperate with Expedia even though we received confirmation of booking. Rude staff (except the girl who makes breakfast and cleans she was good) otherwise it was dirty, old, traffic is a big problem so choose anything but not this!
The young lady who greeted me and checked me in. I want the owner to know how valuable this employee is, she is never still doing check ins making meals cleaning and up keeping rooms. She should be managing your riad as the gentleman took the path of least resistance. I certainly hope she is rewarded financially for all her hard work

Very noisy- The room on the first floor was above all-nightly loud traffic which made it hard to get a good nights rest
Reception - when asked about taxi stands and availability - did not oblige to provide information
We had to leave at 7 am and could not avail of the paid breakfast A request for some tea / coffee before was denied. Also no water in the room
Overall very unpleasant stay
Location is great. Google maps couldn’t find it tho brought us to the wrong place. They are accommodating, friendly. We had a bit of a language problem but nothing google translate couldn’t solve for us. Breakfast was amazing. The rooftop terrace is amazing. It is a little loud but I honestly think anywhere in the Medina is loud. I have nothing bad to say and would stay again. Highly recommended.
Staff were nice, but competence was low. English was not present, but that is not the issue. The issue is how they ran the hotel. Everything seemed to be deferred to their "master" they claimed, who only arrived in the evening. However, what made it a terrible experience is that they did not charge me for the full payment when i arrived, just the city tax. I explained i was leaving very early the next morning and required a taxi to the airport. They deferred the taxi request to the master. Spoke to staff at 4 different moments (3 people in total, i believe one being the "master"). Informed them all about early departure, and the last one who i think was the boss, said to just leave the keys in the room door, and shut the front door behind you. After we left, went to airport, flew and landed, we receive a message from the hotel asking us to please pay for the room before leaving. This created a 4 day ordeal trying to find a way to send them money from abroad. I honestly did not realize that this property was a pay later reservation, and not a pre-paid reservation like the others i made with Orbitz. I contacted orbitz to see if i could pay them through Orbitz, but they said they could not help with that. Their staff should be trained to collect funds at check in, or at least mention that payment is needed before check out, especially when told on 4 different occasions that were leaving early to the airport. The room was also not great. Dirty rugs, stained towels with holes
