you‘ll get what you pay… there was no towels or toilettepaper available and the bathroom had a very strong smell. the location is great, but i would only choose this hotel if you just need sonething close to sleep

Poorservice from the man in the counter, lack of towels and shower ammenities unless its asked for. Noisy during the night until 3 AM. Host also complaining about Expedia booking for the start set a negative tone from the start of my stay. Only positives were the cleanliness and location. There are better options for similarly priced hotels in the area so I would not recommend a stay here.

The receptionist and the manager were very nice and friendly. Very clean rooms and shared areas. Made me change my plans and stay an extra night in marrakech before visiting casablanca. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean cozy place that is close to the heart of the city!

They thought my wife is a prostitute, we were was beyond shocked. The staff was rude and sexist. The hotel has a non refundable policy. We didn't receive a full refund from Expedia. Worst hotel in the world!

The good thing is that the hotel is very central, close to Djemaa El Fna. However the man at the reception was very unfriendly and wanted to give me a room without bathroom, although i reserved with bathroom. Facilities are basic, but okay for a short stay.

goed was de locatie. minder goed de staat is oud, niet onderhouden, geen toiletartikelen vieze ranzige dekens op bed. tv die er hangt maar niet doet. Niets op de muur. basic niet meer. geen vuilnisbak, kreeg ik later. Bed lag wel lekker.

Ben posizionato, raggiungibile facilmente dalla piazza principale. L'albergo merita un giudizio negativo: mancanza di accessori base (asciugamani, carta igienica), toilette condivise con tutti i clienti e in condizioni igieniche drammatiche. WiFi non funzionante, copriletti vecchi, sporchi e strappati.

Dirty sheets, moisture on the wall and ceilling, a clothes sticker on the wall. On top of that, someone was hammering and screwdriving the wall in the morning Only good thing is location.
