「Very helpful and friendly staff, free shuttle」

「位置处于景区深处，比较安静。停车也方便。房间很大，设施齐全，很适合大家庭出游使用。服务人员在有需求的时候能够迅速上门服务。」

「爛死了！比motel還不如！有那麼貴！」

「Great communication for contactless check in/out. Clean room and comfy bed.」

「We had a fantastic stay at the White Elephant Hotel in Aspen. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The hotel bar was another highlight, with a great setting to unwind after a day exploring Aspen. The location was also perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the town has to offer. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would absolutely stay...

「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」

「Very spread out. Long walks to car in parking and pool amenities.」

「Convenient location」

「It's near the town. But I feel they need to clean it better. 」

「Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed.」
