「I am always objective with my reviews, and so, accounting for the presumably very low season price, I will give a 4/5, however, I should first note, that the main reception staff (aside from the younger man) were generally miserable and unfriendly the entire time (and I stayed 10 days having extended by a further 5 to focus on some online administration). I would have been inclined to perhaps give 5/5 had they been polite and helpful, however, they would never smile, and would respond and...

「Comfortable flat in the centre of Gyumri. Excellent bed, bathtub, sofa area, sound system and small kitchen. There is no TV. Really cool lighting. 」

「We got there and they didn't have our reservation. But they offered room key so we can wait comfortable til evening for maneger to arrive. Room had no air-conditioning it was very hot. At that point we decided to leave. We found other hotel down the street that was excellent.」
