This amazing facility was perfect for families. Had water sport activities to do. Having access to a pool as well as a private beach was very convenient. Definitely recommend. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Using the chat request for cleaning and supplies is a great and modern touch for making guests feel comfortable. The breakfast selection was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating adding a very personal touch to making sure your stay was perfect. The bar and restaurant have great cocktails and amazing food choices. The hotel itself is in a picturesque location with stunning views and a rustic vibe surrounded by olive trees and cats roaming free.

We liked absolutely everything about our stay. The resort is laid out in harmony with the nature. They kept the existing olive tree and build the buildings without destroying the nature. Our mountain view villa was very private, had its own pool. The villa had everything one needs. We stayed 5 people very comfortably. The restaurant, private beach, access to town were perfect. All of this is good but what makes this place special is the owner and the staff that work extremely hard to ensure the guests are having the best vacation they can have. Best place we ever stayed.

Villa: the family villa was big enough for my family (5) 2 bedrooms two bathrooms and a big swimming pool areal great kitchen and very clean. It had everything you need. Facilities: We had our swimmingpool at the villa, but the hotel has its own beach and a bigger pool area at the restaurant. Really nice Food: Breakfast was great as a buffet. Restaurant food did not have any taste, was not Well done or made as a chef would. Staff: politely, friendly, smiley! Location: The best location i’ve ever been at.

We had an amazing vacation. The location is excellent (nestled between the mountains and the beach), and is very beautiful and peaceful. The villas are in excellent condition and are great for families and couples. The view from the villas is simply stunning. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was simply amazing. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. We would like to thank Özcan Bey and his staff for an amazing vacation. Our experience at Z-Villas was absolutely magical. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views everywhere you look—perfect for photos and relaxation. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel like we were staying with old friends. Zeydan, Chenol, and Ozgun and the entire team were always present and helpful. Unique touches like arriving by speedboat added to the adventure, and the peaceful surroundings—just the sound of wind through the mountains—made it feel like a true escape, while still being only a short walk to town. The private beach is charming, well-designed, and ideal for unwinding. I’d return in a heartbeat—with friends, family, or loved ones. Z-Villas truly offers something for everyone.

This is a unique experience and a great break for those looking for a break from the large resorts that dot the Aegean coast. Had a pleasure spent a weekend at this wonderful place.The location couldn’t be better-right on the beach with an amazing sea view from your own villa. The staff were incredibly attentive, going out of their way to make sure our stay is perfect. It’s more than 5 stars hotel and service. They are like family and treating all their guests like big family members. The free breakfast was provided every morning with freshly squeezed lemon juice , selection of cheeses and breads. Also the eggs could be cooked at your taste. Plus we were always greeted with the smiling staff and of course the owner. You can feel that he put not only his hard work but his heart into this enjoyable place. The villas designed the way that you see the other guests minimally. Each villa has separate bedroom and sitting room. The porch outside also very private ,furnished and surrounded with greenery. The bottled water provided was free of charge. Beautiful, very clean, green, quiet and very inviting place. Thank you Z villas and hope to see you again!

Turunc is a lovely town just away from the Icmeler and Marmaris hustle and bustle. ZVillas is nicely situated right on the water front, close to everything and yet quiet. The units are new and kept tidy (cleaned on request) and the grounds are well kept. The staff are friendly and eager to help. We liked the ability to cook in the room (non-pool villa) as a break away from restaurants.

Biz en küçük odada kaldık. Odada eşyalar çok minimal ama yeterli. Verandası olmasa çok küçük gelebilirdi ama manzarası çok güzeldi. Temizlik ve havlu değişimi siz talep etmediğiniz sürece yapılmıyor. Denizi sabahtan çok güzel oluyor ancak hemen yan tarafa çok fazla tur teknesi yanaşıyor ve öğleden sonra biraz bulanık olabiliyor. Yine de yüzmekten keyif aldım. Çevrede çok güzel koylar var, otelin küçük motoru ile gidebiliyorsunuz. Otel Turunç merkeze çok yakın,2 dk, ama konum itibariyle biraz daha sakin bir köşesinde kalıyor. Bu açıdan çok iyiydi. Yemeklerinin lezzeti ortalama ve biraz pahalı. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve nazik. Bence manzara itibariyle Turunçtaki en güzel otel. Tekrar turunç'a gidersem bu otelde kalırım.

Odamızı upgrade ettiler, daha iyi bir oda vermeleri güzel bir durum. Otel ikinci sezonundaymış bu sebeple herkes çok ilgili. Otel güzel. Koy güzel. Deniz ortalama. Kahvaltısı fena değil. Ama İkinci günden sonra sıkıyor. Kaldığımız Tinyhouseta gider kokusu vardı. Ayrıca duşa gelen su sanıyorum ki arıtma suyuydu. Yani deniz suyu. Tuz tadı geliyordu. Odamızı temizlemelerini istediğimde unuttular. Odalarda mini buzdolabı var. Dışarıdan içecek vs alıp tinyhouse önünde de bir şeyler içebiliyorsunuz. Bu da güzel bir uygulama. Otel restoranı gereksiz pahalı. Yani o rakamlar yediklerimizin ederi değildi. Çorba pizza burger ve iki kolaya iki bin beş yüz tl ödedik. Çorbalar güzeldi ancak pizza ve burger harika değildi. Ertesi akşam dışarıda başka bir mekânda pizza yedik ve ödediğimiz rakam çok çok altındaydı ayrıca aşırı lezzetliydi. Yine deniz kıyısında bir restoranda yedik yani. O sebeple restoranını tavsiye edemeyeceğim.

Absolut ruhige Traumanlage ! Ob am Meer oder am Pool, sogar am eigenen Pool hat man das Gefühl, hier vergeht die Zeit "ruhiger" und langsamer.. Sehr freundliches Personal, sogar der Chef selbst greift mit.. Respekt ! Sehr sauber die Zimmer, das Frühstück ist umfangreich .. alles da was man braucht. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und anziehend. Wir hatten ein Bungalow mit Pool und Meerblick gebucht. Der Ausblick war traumhaft und die ganze Belegschaft war super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
