Gut ist nur noch die Lage, unter neuer Leitung ist dieses schöne Hotel innerhalb von einem Jahr so runter gekommen, dass wir sicher nicht wiederkommen werden. Die Badezimmer waren sehr schimmelig, das Servicepersonal waren freundliche aber völlig unprofessionelle Menschen , bei denen man noch nicht einmal Wasser auf allen gängigen Sprachen bestellen konnte. Man hat nun zwar ein all inclusive Hotel, Speisen und Getränke waren vor aber auch viel besser. Schade!

После свадьбы сняли с невестой уединенный отель Джойа Дел Мар, такие мы любим - подальше от суеты. Место отличное, свой пляж, сад, ресторан. Тихо, вода хорошая. Персонал всегда пытается услужить и помочь, с переменным успехом) особо понравилось, что, если мы не выбирали из двух завтраков (маловато выбора), то другие блюда готовили нам бесплатно (тосты, яичницу и т.д.), это было логично и приятно. Из минусов для кого-то может быть, что персонал почти не говорит на русском (пора бы это исправлять) Мы по болезни пропустили первую неделю отдыха, не просили возмещения, но было бы приятно от отеля что-нибудь получить, учитывая ещё что это наш медовый месяц. Не важно что, главное внимание;) - этого не было. Вывод - отелю есть куда расти и что улучшать, но для отдыха я с удовольствием могу его порекомендовать. Это супер место для тихого отдыха, хотя потратить 10 минут, для поездки в Мармарис, если нужна какая-то активность, не составляет труда. Спасибо за отдых, надеемся, что приедем ещё и в следующий раз Joya del mar будет только лучше и ярче.

Otel personeli çok ilgili özellikle kapıda karşılayan Mustafa bey mükemmel işine aşık bir personel, otel Temizliği ve konumu mükemmel, standart odaları fazla küçük, plaj kum ama plajın sağ tarafına toprak akışı olmuş zeminde çamurlaşma var Buda suda bulanık görüntüye sebep oluyor. Otel konum olarak, ambians olarak cok guzel , ancak karsilama cok kotüydü. Receptionda calisak personelin cok daha profesyonel olmasi gerekiyor. Belki sezon dolayisiyla personel azaltilmis olabilir bilemem tabi. Otelin hakkini yemek istemiyorum guzel yatirim yapilmis ancak fazla ticari davraniyorlar. Restoran fiyatları yuksek, otel musterilerine indirim yapilabilir, bu yuzden insanlar genel olarak disarida yemegi tercih ediyor, bu da yorucu oluyor.

Otel müdürü beyefendinin kuralları misafirlerin sosyal statüsüne göre esnetebilmesi veya esnek davranmaması çok ama çok kötu... Birde camaşır servisinin teslimat aşamasında bitmeyen masallara donnesi rahatsızlık verici. Oda güzel, deniz güzel... Sivrisinek ve karasinekkerin hücumu dehşet verici. Otel müdürü beyefendinin sinek problemi için çare üretebilmesi, ağır abi edası ile oturmasından daha yararlı olacaktır. Resepsiyonda calısan arkadaşlar ve garsonlar gercekten iyiler

Was a bit disappointed, pictures that I saw weren’t matching to the reality. The sea wasn’t clean, lots of plastics on the beach line. Our room supposed to have a sea view but was more like a cave rather than a room. Also lots of homeless cats wondering around the hotel not a big fun

Disappointing Stay

Having read reviews about how wonderful this hotel was, we were very disappointed to be given a "garden room" with a view of a roof with piping ducts running over it. No alternative room was offered despite much conversation, with the receptionist saying that "this was a garden room 4". Neither the television nor the safe worked. After informing reception about the faults, an engineer came to replace the television late in the evening of our second day after we informed him that the set would not switch off at all and kept flickering. The replacement still did not work! The packed sandwich breakfast ordered as we were leaving for an early flight, consisted of sandwich made with an inedible, stale bread roll and over ripe fruit. The lack of interest in making things right for their guests was very disappointing. This was not the standard expected of this hotel. The pizza the previous evening, however, was good.

Otelin konumu mükemmel fakat muhtemelen kapalı bir koyda olması ve çok tekne bulunması nedeniyle deniz beklediğimiz gibi çıkmadı maalesef kirli. Deniz uzaktan temiz görünmekle birlikte girdiğinizde suyun berrak olmadığını ve mikroskopik bir kirlilik olduğunu fark ediyorsunuz. Odada eşyaları üstüne koyabilmek için bir koltuk olsa iyi olurdu.

Harika denizi, manzarası ve bizim gibi çocuklu bir aile iseniz eğer en mühimi rahat ve mutlu bir çocuk için gerekli herşey bence mevcuttu. Bizi tek üzen şey bazı çalışanların gereğinden fazla cool oluşu ve yemeklerin bize göre gereğinden çok çok pahalı oluşuydu.

Evlilik yıldönümümüz için güzel bir otelde yer ayırtıp güzel bir akşam yemeği yemek istedik. Tavsiye ve yorumlardan Joya del mar oteli seçtik ancak çok pişman olduk. Bu otelin geceliği iki kişi için neden 800 TL gerçekten anlamış değilim. Aldığı puanı gerçekten hiç hak etmeyen bir otel. Havuzu desen avuç içi kadar, denizi desen o da güzel değil. Suyu bulanık, dini taş. Sadece deniz tarafından manzarası güzel. Marmaris’te olduğumuzu düşünürsek apartların bile manzarası güzeldir herhalde burada. Menülerin ekstra pahalı olması da üstüne tuz biber. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum paranızı daha güzel otellerde harcayabilirsiniz...

Small boutiqe hotel very modern luxury all around, had a delux room and was very glad i chose delux room due to very modern, luxury, romantic and confortable room, exept the air condition maked alot of noise when is not working my wife couldn't sleep all night,beach was ok in the morning and very dirty after noon, brakfest included was very good, close to marmaris by shuttle takes 10 mins overall was ok not like I thought.
