Room very clean. Cleaning staff excellent.
Breakfast was Buffett style with lots of normal Turkish kahvaltı food. There were some beautiful breads available when there were more guests but generally local bread was used. A few hot foods I actually saw menemen one day. Eggs scrambled and boiled.
Coffee was poor but it was out the machine. And lots of Çay available.
However the staff were very kind and helped me by heating up my special made porridge everyday.
We Changed rooms a few times. Which was a bit of a pain but the first time we were given a sea room upgrade with help from Hotels.Com and Zeynep in reservations. This was a lovely room and I was very happy with it. But we had to leave it because of the really noisy people upstairs that were having a party in their room(well it sounded like that) We were not offered another sea view room.
Next room was ok but side sea view. A Big problem was trying to get our devices charged. Some of the sockets were not working.
All in all the hotel was pleasant . The staff were amazing and tried to please us in most things.
Our only real complaint was that we were told because we had moved room three times we couldn’t move again even though it wasn’t our fault.
However in the end because charging became such a problem they did offer us another room at the top floor which we refused as by then we had three nights left.
Would I return?
Maybe yes but only if I got a sea view room.
