「Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️」

The breakfast was very good even though options were limited. The food service staff is also very responsive and polite. Overall it was a good experience.」

「Room was rundown and dogs barked all through the night. The drinking water provided wasn’t marked as safe and in refillable bottles.」

「good」

We didn’t like our bed as it was 2 twins put...
