My only complaint was with the bed, For some reason they put some kind of plastic sheet underneath the cotton sheet, It crinkles when you roll over and it gets folded and was not comfortable. "Lovely place we stayed in for a weekend in Saint Étienne! In the centre, the rooms had air con which was so great to come to after a day out. Manager on reception Hugo makes all the difference, very friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem ! The breakfasts in the hotel is limited, best to go outside plenty nice French boulangeries. Definitely would come back, we even had a kitchen in the room and a full sized fridge. It’s also a fantastic town to explore that has a lot to offer, parks, museums and independent shops! :)"
