「Beds and bathroom were clean but overall the room was not that clean. (Carpet, walls,surfaces, The shower head was broken/ leaking. there is no staff at all, emails and messages prior to arrival got no response. Web site indicated there was an airport shuttle but there isn’t. Digital keys were a bit of a stress because if your phone dies while sight seeing you can’t get back into your hotel. Stairs are a no-go for large or heavy suitcases.」

「Though, a little away from downtown’s historic district, we enjoyed a very pleasant stay. There is a casino and a movie theatre adjacent to the lobby. Cafe and restaurant as well. There is a pond with a nice walkway around it. Playground for kids behind that pond. If you have a dog you will enjoy the area. Big breakfast buffet worth every penny and free parking not to forget.」

「No servía la regadera, no había agua, el personal de recepción muy de mala gana, nos obligaron a pagar una cuna que no nos habían mencionado para pagar cuando hicimos la reservación y no utilizamos la cuna, la cafetera no servía, el baño es muy pequeño y no tenía división y al bañarse se moja todo el baño. 「This hotel will be our new home from home. We tried different hotels in the area in the past. It is elegant, clean, great staff, and a lovely restaurant downstairs. We stayed in Unit 10, which has a loft with a beautiful bathtub and high ceilings. The double head shower was fantastic as well. We seriously don't have anything bad to say about this hotel and highly recommend it. If you are worried about the lack of a receptionist desk, which I was, don't be! The door keys will be on my our phone...
