Loved this place! Tucked away off the river but yet close to both Menominee and Marinette. Spotless clean, nicely updated all the amenities. Kitchenette coffee maker, fridge, loved the fire pit with wood ready to burn. Grills by the picnic table. This place was amazing except for the beds. I believe they are from back in the day! Had to sleep in the center of each bed so as not to sink into the indent. All in all great place!

The space was clean and smelled clean. The staff were responsive to messaging through the Expedia App. It was quiet and conveniently located to where we needed to go.

This property would be an excellent choice for an extended stay. But, if you are going to only spend the night I would not recommend, because at the price quoted you are expected to do most of what a maid would do. There are other properties in this city at the similar price where you are not expected to strip linen and remove all trash.

I really enjoyed my stay here!! The room was big, clean, and looked as if it was recently renovated. No onsite office or staff, so that was a first for me. They sent my door code early in the afternoon, and it all worked. Sat outside at the picnic table, there was a small charcoal BBQ there for use. Overall, I was very impressed !!!

Bring your coffee and filters. Regular coffee brewer in room. Everything else is supplied. Toaster coffeemaker refrigerator/freezer etc. We will be back.

This is a probably a better option for construction crews, as was the case, than for a traveling family. Basically, there are no amenities, no front desk and no frills of any sort. All the floors are hard surfaces so the hallway and rooms are noisy. You will hear pretty much everything and everyone coming and going. The reservation process was clunky; I could not get the access code for the door online. However, calling the phone number was about a 20 minute ordeal but did get me the access number and the attendant was courteous to see that I could get in the room. Altogether, this was not a great place for my situation.

While the place was very clean, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. As in, I could feel the springs of the mattress. I contacted the host about a code to open the doors into the building since it is a contactless hotel and there was a code lock on the outside doors. They never returned my call. It seems you don’t need a code to get into the building , only your room. The building is left wide open.
