The setting is serene, surrounded by olive groves and close to the coast, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. One of the highlights of our visit was the fish set menu – fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt authentically Salento. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the best of Puglia.」

「Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement très confortable, très grand, très clair, très propre et très bien décoré. Nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner dans le jardinet privé sur lequel donnait notre chambre. L'accueil était au top et nous avons pu bénéficier d'une cuisine commune avec cafetière et réfrigérateur. Le centre ville est proche à pied. 」

「We stayed in a suite for a long celebratory weekend at the end of June. Everything was perfect. It’s incredibly peaceful and the private swimming pool was a real treat. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really nice as well. The Masseria is well located to travel around and discover Puglia. Couldn’t recommend more if you want privacy, calm and truly magical stay」

「I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much at Hotel Minerva. Carlo and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room had a very comfortable bed, great shower and A/C. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and a 5 minute walk to the historic old town. It was perfect !! 」

「Gentilezza e disponibilità unica. Chiesto latte senza lattosio…disponibile il giorno successivo. Andrebbe fatto un restauro , ma dopo il Covid e in più la località è stata colpita da eventi atmosferici non indifferente sfido chiunque ad investire ulteriormente. Complimenti alla gestione a far emergere la bellezza da un posto dal mio punto di vista abbandonato dalla politica . 」
