「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...」

「Flight was delayed so we got to have breakfast at the hotel it was really good.」

「Washer and dryer …. beautiful accommodations. 」

「Loved the amount of space. Appreciated having a washing machine. Supplies were limited such as no tea towel and no drying rack.」

「The room was very comfortable. The apartment is in a great location. Very quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate. We will certainly stay again if we head to Trieste again. Very convenient for cruise ship passengers.」
