「I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. 」

「Staff was amazing and friendly, the cleaning staff was really nice and they made beautiful art with towels when they cleaned the room. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「They charge for beach towels. Shower water pressure was weak. The room was very noisy from the outdoor noise. It wa as if the windows did not exist or opened when they were closed. Check in time was not as promised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable!! Felt every spring while you slept. 」

「The room was very clean with great view to the pool and The Red Sea. Hallways were regularly cleaned everyday . Our room was well equipped to the most needed items. The beds were comfortable. The location was easily accessible to many activities and restaurants. The staff very respectful and responsive to any needs and questions. 」

「We had a triple person room so it was the end of the corridor, it was not that noisy. Beds are comfort. Wifi sometimes not work. We also booked a tour at hotel overall is good.」

「Furchtbar. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Couch und Doppelbett gebucht Bekomme haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelbetten. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Es war ein dunkles Loch. Man musste den ganzen Tag Licht anhaben. Das Gute an dem Hotel war man hat nicht viel Geld gebraucht dadurch das man nie bedient worden ist. Nach Anuf von Expedia Mitarbeiterin Dina wurde einem zugesagt das wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Wurde bis zum letzten Tag verschoben. Leider bekomme ich keine Bilder reingestellt.」

「The room we had was very very basic - which we actually didnt mind that much as we werent planning on spending that much time there. Sadly we didnt see any staff for the entire 10 day we were there, other than when we hu ted them down for clean towels. The room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay and we had to empty the bins ourselves. If your looking for a base to stay, wash up and get your head down then thos is for you - if you want any sort of 'hotel' service then you'd be better off...
