「The room was not very clean and did not feel properly prepared for guests when we arrived. The room was also quite small, and the bunk bed was placed directly under the air conditioner. Because of this, the person sleeping on the top bunk had cold air blowing directly on them, which made the top bed practically unusable. The biggest problem happened when we took a shower. Water from the bathroom leaked into the room, and we had to use all of the towels and even a blanket to clean up the water...

「Great host Elena, who was really helpful and met us on arrival. Really friendly communication leading up to our arrival, and sorted out a room change before our arrival after a maintenance issue to ensure our stay was not disrupted. We were so grateful! Clean and well maintained space, plenty of room for a family of five. Really well placed for the Pompei ruins, and walkable distance to the train station and Pompei centre, and a local supermarket.」
