「All staff was helpful. Breakfast area was quite spacious, food was well arranged and it never was crowded at the various stations. The only issue was small but important to me. I need an extra washcloth for my eyes. I requested one and when we returned to our room instead of three (2+1) there was one. Next day made the same request. Next day had to make the request again. 「This was a lovely stay in a darling town. The room was super clean and cozy. We felt very safe and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is making sure you call the hotel if you have any special request at all, and to make sure you have check in instructions . Do not just message through an app. It is a contactless hotel, so it felt more like an air BNB than a hotel in regard to communication. There is no front desk,etc. It is an excellent place to stay! 」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
