"My check-in experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that BON Hotel was under renovation and that I would not be staying at the hotel I had booked. Instead, I was assigned to Grand Luxxe.
Unfortunately, the room I received was not clean upon arrival. There were dirty lamps, stained bedding, and other cleanliness issues that made the room unacceptable. I reported these problems immediately and was told that a deep cleaning would be performed, but the issues were not properly resolved.
We also had to wait a long time for the bedding to be replaced, and even the replacement bedding had stains. On the third day, we were moved to another suite that was cleaner, but this required us to pack and unpack all of our belongings again, causing significant inconvenience during our vacation.
Being relocated from the hotel I originally booked, combined with the cleanliness issues and repeated room problems, negatively affected our stay from the very beginning. This experience did not meet the standards we expected for the amount we paid.
