Loved staying here, it felt like a posh youth hostel, we never had to wait to use the bathroom and while it was basic, everything was clean and comfortable. Lovely location, breakfast was in a hotel run by the same people in the town which was a 5 min walk away but not a problem at all, the breakfast itself was great (lots of vegan options) and the staff were so friendly.

Very Pictureque and cosy building, environment and excursions by boat and train.. Would have liked quiet breakfast room or, if necessary, classical music at a very low sound-level. Dinner and breakfast tasted lovely!

A reasonable and good way to stay in Mariefred

It's a bed and breakfast. And the rooms are quite rudementary, the sound insulation so and so, and the cleanliness of the communal toilets and showers vary. But the price is good, the location excellent, and the breakfast exemplary. So all in all, we give it five stars. And will stay there again when we visit Mariefred.

Ej prisvärt!

Bilväg från incheckning till boendet. Svårt hitta rätt hus och parkering. Puttesmå rum, lyhört och dusch m wc i korridor. Gsrdiner o rullgardin mörklade inte effektiv. Dålig ventilation. Alldeles för dyrt för vandrarhemsstandard... Man får riktigt hotell för samma eller mindre!

Reception vid värdshuset en kort bilresa bort. Små lyhörda rum, toa i korridoren, rummets rullgardin var sliten och hjälpte inte mot morgonsolen, kuddarna var hemska .

Boendet med fin frukost på värdshuset höll hög klass. Restaurangerna, såväl på värdshuset som flera andra, var mycket bra. Enda negativa upplevelsen var att trädallen mellan Gripsholms värdshus och Gripsholms slott/Gripsholms B&B tyvärr var svagt upplyst.

Väldigt rent även om det är delad dusch och toalett. Sängen mycket bekväm. Jag gillade att det fanns handfat i rummet. Gångavstånd till stan och till värdshuset där man åt en väldigt god frukost.

Enkelt prisvärt smidigt

Väldigt mysigt, enkelt att checka in och passade oss bra med lite promenader till stadskärnan. Räkfrossan på värdshuset var toppen!

En pärla i Mariefred

Blev uppgraderade till andra rum pga strömavbrott på hotellets anläggningar. Fick då fantastiskt trevliga rum i allmogestil. Rummen var i etage med två toaletter. Vi uppskattade servicen som var mycket bra då strulet med strömavbrottet inträffade.

Inte prisvärt o hutlös avgift för hund

För det priset förväntar man sig mer. Rummet var superlitet, vilket inte stod i beskrivningen. Tur att det bara var var vi där så vi kunde sitta m hunden i söllskapsrummet. O jag undrar fortfarande vad vi betalade 320 extra för att ta m hund när vi på hotell ofta får betala 250 o då få filt o skål t hunden. Nu fick vi inget. Rummet var iskallt när vi kom o ena lampan helt trasig o den andra var vredet trasigt på. Inga grytvantar elr durkslag i köket. Synd då detta kunnat bli nåt återkommande då vi är i området då o då.

En fantastisk helg, trots regn o höstrusk. Närheten till Gripsholms slott Mariefreds stadskärna och värdshus atmosfären av.var värt att "insupa"

På cykeltur m övernattning

Prisvärt, rent o fräscht i dusch/toa, superskönt sängar. Jättebra frukost. Gärna bättre o tydligare instruktioner om att incheckning sker på Värdshuset, gärna en karta med vägvisning från B&B t Värdshuset. Bodde på övervåningen och hade då inte tillgång till kök på nedervåningen. Vi ville äta på terrassen- men ok vi bar mate/bestick från v2. Hade varit smidigt med direkt utgång. Men mkt fint ställe
