"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Really poor service, rooms were clean but no air conditioning and room was like a sauna. On a train line so kept awake by the heat and trains. No reception staff after 6pm so if anything needed you had to wait until the following morning. Breakfast really poor, no toaster for toast and no hot food. "
