"We walked into the room and discovered one of our water bottles was half empty and had been opened. The nice front desk attendant did replace it for us. The shower curtain was too short for the tub and allowed water to spill onto the floor. "

"We made this reservation for our son. When he arrived the hotel system's network had shut down so they couldn't figure out which room they were supposed to give him. They ended up sending him to the Comfort Inn nearby which wasn't as nice. No refund was offered despite the inconvenience and the fact that the Comfort Inn cost less."
