Nobile Suites Excelsior Asuncion
The room is spacious . . the air conditioning is working well . . there is a large wardrobe and I must mention that the lobby is very elegant and fits a VIP class. The breakfast is great and the breakfast area is as impressive as the lobby. There is a great Mall across from the hotel.

ZENTRUM Residences – By AVA Rentals
Great location next to Del Sol shopping area. Nice rooftop pool, gym and BBQ area. Living room is a little small but overall more space than a hotel for better price.

The room itself is nice as it is a new hotel. Bummer they saved money on the materials as you hear every noise from outdoors, shower doors are leaking. The staff is far from nice.
