「Mi experiencia en el Hotel San Rafael fue maravillosa. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de Katherine, Mariela y María, quienes hicieron que mi estadía fuera especial desde el primer momento. Personas atentas, cordiales y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Gracias a ellas me sentí bien recibido y cuidado en todo momento. Sin duda, un servicio que merece reconocimiento y que invita a regresar.」
