「Mi experiencia en el Hotel San Rafael fue maravillosa. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de Katherine, Mariela y María, quienes hicieron que mi estadía fuera especial desde el primer momento. Personas atentas, cordiales y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Gracias a ellas me sentí bien recibido y cuidado en todo momento. Sin duda, un servicio que merece reconocimiento y que invita a regresar.」

「Excelente estancia. Habitación cómoda, personal atento y buen desayuno. A un corto paseo del río y de los restaurantes. La piscina fue un gran alivio en el caluroso Mompox. La calle estaba hecha un desastre por las obras, pero no afectó mi estancia. Muy recomendable.」

「I imagine it would have been great had I been travelling to Columbia but I was travelling to Santa Cruz Tenerife. Booked it through the app using the correct info to where i was going to but the app thought I might like Columbia instead. Could not get a refund. Oh well that’s life」
