"1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers. 2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay. 3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed."

"The Host was very helpful. He came to pick me up from the airport and this was very useful. The house is in a good location very close to the KCC which was very useful to me. The house was relatively clean and comfortable except for a few quickly addressed challenges. However, the place needs a fan especially when the weather is a bit warm. I would stay here again if I find myself in Kigali. "

"We had a terrible experience with this place! 1. We had NO WiFi for the entire stay; we had to purchase our own wireless modem from MTN for 45000 FRW ($35). We should be refunded for this! 2. "If you are accustomed to Western comforts, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The property did not have air conditioning and the power kept going out and the power controlled the water as well. The management demanded a resort fee when it was just a basic apartment without additional amenities. I stayed in the room for 3 hours but had to leave because it was too hot and I couldn’t use the fan or take a shower. They refused to refund my $60 “resort fee” they asked me to pay in cash and I didn’t get a refund of my purchase price through Travelocity. I booked another hotel room which cost me time and another taxi fee to get to that location. The price is cheap for a reason! "
