The auto check in was a disaster, the protocols on the machine were not very follow. Once in the place was lovely, great room, excellent breakfast.

A very pleased traveler

Although the hotel was in a 'development' area it was very quiet and comfortable. The service at breakfast was one of the best we have ever received, nothing was too much trouble and our cooked breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

Modern clean hotel

Very helpful and friendly check in. Bedroom was a generous size with a very comfortable bed. Well sound proofed bedroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Close to motorway exit.

This is a lovely hotel but it’s in the middle of nowhere on a roundabout. You cannot get a drink or eat at any time other than breakfast or dinner. There is no kettle in the room to make your own. Communication with the property was terrible. They didn’t reply to many messages that we sent, with queries, asking for a pillow etc. There was a wedding on the night we spent there, our room was next to the function area, so very noisy. No one was around to see if we could change rooms etc and no one answered our messages.

No repetiría....

El hotel por fuera es muy bonito, el hall también, pero cuando entras en la habitación... En realidad no sé cómo puede ser un 4 estrellas. 4 camas individuales, bien, pero todas ellas con una sola sábana. En un armario viejo, encontramos 1 edredón, así que para 4 camas, un poco imposible compartir! Eran las 23h de la noche y no había nadie en recepción, ni en ningún sitio... La alcachofa de la ducha, no funcionaba. Mi marido tuvo que desmontarla y hacer una chapuza para poder ducharnos. El suelo estava sucio, hasta una mosca muerta.... El desayuno pobre, pobre, una magdalena, un zumo, una tostada y un café. Y apartado del pueblo, que por cierto, un pueblo con un ambiente alucinante! Es verdad que era un viernes por la noche, pero todos los bares estaban llenos y a las 22:30h aún daban de cenar!

Rekommenderas verkligen INTE - inget värde för €€€

Detta hotell håller inte en standard ens i närheten av 4-stjärnor. Och gå inte på deras vilseledande beskrivningar där ord som exklusivt och lyxigt används. Detta hotell är mer rättvist att beskriva som en taskigt väg motell där du kan stanna för att sova, men inget mer. ”Restaurangen” serverar uppvärmda fryspizzor och glass ur förpackningen. Det finns ingen 24 h reception utan det är self service automat. Poolen som syns på bilderna hör inte till hotellet. Hotellet ligger i ett industriområde och allt är taskigt och av dålig standard. Lekplatsen är inte särskilt mysig att släppa ut barnen i då den ligger i anslutning till grusad parkering och dåligt skött mark. Vi betalade ca € 140 för vårt rum för en natt och det är ett bedrägeri. Vi har rest runt i Spanien i över 4 veckor och bott på massor av olika hotell, detta var extremt dyrt i förhållande till standard. Det finns massor av billigare alternativ som också kommer vara bättre.

Hotel de ruta, correcto

Está bien como hotel económico de paso. Conviene leer la letra pequeña (ejemplo, la piscina no está en el hotel sino en un camping a 8kms o los horarios del desayuno que no son los de la info). Es un concepto low cost que está como hotel mejor de lo esperado, pero que a alguno puede chocarle (ej la entrada autónoma que a alguien con pocas habilidades tecnológicas le puede costar más)... el desayuno es tipo continental en bandeja pero suficiente sin esperar gran cosa.

Très Décevant

Chambre sale ( cheveux et poussières) et non confortable! Mobiliers très ancien surtout salle de bain. Pas de volets donc rideaux vieux et anciens qui ne cachent pas de la lumière donc très inconfortable! Prix élevé par rapport au confort de chambre!

Tout juste convenable au regard du prix de la nuitée. Hôtel bordant l'autoroute en dehors de la ville. Cadre plutôt morose . Néanmoins le lit était confortable et la ville de Marcilla est animée et très jolie.

Mala relación calidad- precio

La habitación era amplia con un baño grande (faltan ganchos en el baño para colgar las toallas) había cosas de los clientes anteriores en los cajones de las mesillas ,que no habían limpiado. El tiempo de espera para poder desayunar muy grande. Sólo una chica para atender a todos los huéspedes. ( Era puente y el hotel estaba lleno, deberían haber puesto más personal). En el cartel del exterior del hotel pone Low Cost, pero eso solo se refleja en el personal ( solo vimos a dos mujeres trabajando allí) y No en el precio de las habitaciones.

El hotel está bien y el desayuno es correcto. No obstante las fotos y presentaciones en Hotels hacen ver que tienen la piscina e instalaciones para niños en el mismo hotel, y no es así ya que están a 9 km, lo que resulta frustrante

Excellent accueil, chambre spacieuse et propre avec un joli balcon avec vue sur le jardin. Lit confortable et spacieux. Le calme dans la chambre très apprécie. La situation géographiquement près de plusieurs centres d'intérêt ( Parque National, Olite, ...). Parking gratuit. Juste pour dire un truc négatif (pas très important): pas de piscine contrairement aux photos non mises à jour probablement et le frigo ne fonctionnait pas.

Quiet, clean hotel, poor breakfast

Hotel was easy to find, except Hotel.com map gave wrong location. Google Maps showed right location. Enough parking space just beside the door. For nightime check-inn you have to use machine (help available?). The room was nice and clean, bed also good, but I didn't like the pillow. The breakfast was poor. No eggs, bacon etc. Only white bread with two cold cuts and cheese. Coffee, juice and yoghurt were available. Secong morning the bread was already dry, not fresh bread.
