This hotel was very uniquely located and features an amazing sandy beach. People and service was great throughout the stay and i highly recommend it for families. Special thanks to Andreas, Simon and David for their personal attention and service. We shall return this hotel in the future.

Not worth the money

We simply did not sleep, it was a hot few nights and the air con was broken. We told someone about it after the first night, they said someone would look into it. Clearly they didn’t touch it as it was the same on the second night. Also I wouldn’t rate this hotel as 4 stars, it’s very dated and missing a lot of usual amenities

Speciale la posizione, sulla spiaggia, e la gentilezza del personale. Negativa la miopia della direzione che, a fronte di un prezzo molto elevato, non provvede alla manutenzione delle camere ( macchie di umido sulle pareti) e soprattutto, fa pagare anche gli extra che di solito sono compresi nel prezzo (il telo da spiaggia, l' acqua nel frigobar, il succo di pompelmo della colazione a buffet...).mancano gli accappatoi nei bagni, una sdraio sul terrazzino e le ciabatte di cortesia.A questo punto, il rapporto qualita'/prezzo non funziona.

Hotel mit super Strand. Frühstücksservice schlecht

Super Lage direkt am Meer mit privaten Badestrand in schöner Bucht. Einziges Ärgernis sind die lange Wartezeite (bis zu einer Stunde) für die Kaffee und Teebestellungen. Auch die kalten Rühreier und nicht funktionstüchtiger Toaster sollten bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel in dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen.

La posizione dell’hotel e’ ottima, fronte spiaggia, ma e’ l’unico punto, per quanto attiene alla mia esperienza, sul quale esprimo un giudizio positivo. Ho trovato una struttura che deve avere avuto un passato glorioso, ma che si presenta oggi molto poco curata, come se fosse poco amata: L’esterno non appare pulitissimo, vetrate sporche, pavimento in cotto annerito, balaustre polverose, ma e’ nella stanza, una family nell’edificio accanto alla reception, che ho potuto constatare una trascuratezza ed una scarsa puluzia che mal si conciliano con le 4 stelle attribuite a questo hotel. Tappezzeria con tracce di umidita’, tende macchiate, cappello delle abat- jours macchiato, polvere sulle porte, sulla testata del letto, sul comodino, sottolavello del bagno evidentemente non pulito, box doccia con bordi anneriti, lavandino intasato, doccia idem, infissi sporchi. Ho fatto subito sapere alla reception le condizioni della camera, ma credo di non essere stata presa sul serio, dal monento che si e’ provveduto a fornirmi qualche asciugamano in piu’ e un paio di dosi di bagnoschiuma. Nota pessima per la Colazione, buffet imbarazzante, scarsa scelta, servizio discutibile. Ho fatto foto e video per poterli mostrare al checkout. Dopo aver saldato il conto( del mio soggiorno di tre giorni( la camera costava 586 euro al giorno) ho mostrato tutti alla direzione e, con mia grande sorpresa unita a disappunto, mi son sentita dire:’ piu’ che chiederle scusa non possiamo fare..

Vacanza all'Elba

L'hotel è piacevolmente inserito nel paesaggio sul mare e con molto spazio verde. Purtroppo la nostra camera era al piano terra e vicino alla centrale termica di cui abbiamo sentito ininterrottamente il rumore. Contrariamente alla descrizione non era affatto insonorizzata quindi siamo stati alla mercé dell'educazione degli ospiti vicini. La camera era spaziosa invece il bagno era piccolo e scomodissimo. L'organizzazione in generale lasciava a desiderare, in particolare in sala dove tutto era lasciato alla buona volontà dei camerieri, la maggior parte stagisti con poca esperienza. Non c'è un menu a la carte e il prezzo forfettario per la cena è alto rispetto al cibo. La pulizia è buona. Speriamo che la recensione venga letta non solo dagli ospiti ma anche da chi di dovere, cioè il direttore, scorbutico con i dipendenti e che non si degna neanche di salutare gli ospiti ( la prima volta che ci capita).

The beach here is amazing and only open to hotel guests. Sadly the beachside cafe and bar were closed when we visited because of it being “off season.” The restaurant onsite was reasonably priced and breakfast had a good selection.

Nous avons fait le tour de l’île et c’est une des plus belles plages d’Elba. La marche sur les récifs en vaut la peine. L’eau est calme, cristalline et la plage descend graduellement et idéale pour les enfants. La terrasse déjeuner offre une vue à couper le souffle. L’hôtel est directement sur la plage.

Beautiful location and natural surroundings but hotel is very dated . Food is incredibly poor standard . Had dinner on one night and were served something that was barely edible . Some great restaurants nearby which offer grest food at reasonable price . Would avoid this hotel .

Overall a lovely location great beach. The staff tried to be helpful. The food in the restaurant in the evening was perfectly good. The language barrier is a struggle but most of the staff persisted. The girl with the long blonde hair who once or twice worked in the Juicy bar was very rude. Seriously bad teenager attitude. We were surprised to realise that the coffee at breakfast does not come from a proper expresso machine. It was quite terrible. We were charged €5 for an Americano coffee at the Juicy Bar - most have ever paid in the world!! Not even 5 star hotels on the Cote D’Azur charge this!! Otherwise we roiled the hotel and Island.

Bel établissement en bord de mer, la plage est superbe, équipée, l’eau cristalline. La chambre est sommaire, mais propre. L’accueil est très bien, un peu moins au niveau de la restauration, le personnel est cordial... sans plus. Pour les reste, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Flott strandhotell

Dette hotellet ligger flott til på Elba, rett ved sjøen og med egen privat strand. Standarden på rommene er god, noe nylig pusset opp. Betjeningen var hyggelig og gav god service. Det er også egen parkeringsplass ved hotellet, som tilhører rommet. Beliggenheten er litt utenom sentrum med restauranter eller butikker, så om man vi komme seg rundt til andre steder på øya, anbefales det å ha bil. Det er mulighet for å spise frokost, lunsj og middag på hotellet hvis man ønsker det. Alt i alt et fint hotell for en rolig strandferie på fantastisk vakre Elba.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Unser Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind war sehr schön. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Einzigster Hacken ist das sehr späte Abendessen um 19.30 Uhr mit Kleinkind. Ebenso war das Wetter in Procchio immer schlechter als in dem 4km entfernten Marina di Campo. Es war immer windig und bewölkt.

Very near Procchio town...(good walks )on the bus route from Portofrraio...issues about the room allocated...room given had no views and was not to the specification in the booking..and that was kindly resolved the following day...
