「Bevause of a delayed plane arrival I needed to get in touch with the hotel to ensure I could access my room after hours. I reached out several times and never received a response. Since this hotel does not tefund the booking fee, they do not care after you booked.」

「The hotel was great however the shower did not have doors so the water would go everywhere in the bathroom. I think this is why it smells like mold. Other than that, the rooms were fantastic, the staff were so very friendly and kind. I had a great stay at this hotel. I went with my mother and as two women, we felt very safe. The pool was perfect as well.」

「The place was clean and gorgeous. Staff (guards and cleaners) were great and provided the needed service with a smile and effortless care. The Manager, Mr. Barry, is wonderful. He always reached out to see if anything was needed, but most importantly was instantly available to answer questions. He is easy going, professuonal and respectful. 「The room is not clean. Yes their are shops but the picture i saw at the expedia is different from the actual place i went to and again the pkace is not clean. I just manage to stay their for those period. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Until the property owner tru to work on his property 」

「High ratings from reviews made me pick this place, but upon arrival at 3 am, I felt like it was a hostel. The bed was tiny, the bedding itchy, and noise began at 6 am, as it’s on a very busy street, with car horns and alarms. I went to the meager breakfast across the street at their somewhat swanky restaurant and was only able to eat fast, as my tour began early.
