"They did not give us the room we reserved and still charged us the full amount even though we did not stay the night. We will not stay there again. The staff were horrible and rude. Stay away from Holiday in Express."

"Thank you for allowing dogs on the property. That is a plus. However, I was there four nights and had no courtesy cleaning of the room and I think that should happen at least every two nights with the provision of extra bath towels, etc.."
