Staff friendly and helpful...facilities not as advertised and not family friendly as inside pool not on site and not for children under 16.

Thank you so much for choosing our hotel Vincci Selección Estrella del Mar during your stay in Marbella and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback through Expedia.
We sincerely appreciate your comment regarding our Vincci staff but we are truly saddened to hear that your expectations were not met on this occasion. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused but our Wellness Centre was created for adults to relax and children are not allowed to access.
We hope you had a safe trip coming back home and we would love to have another opportunity to welcome you back and turn this stay around.
