The hotel general amenities were fine. The outside areas very attractive. The staff always very friendly and helpful. Our stay started badly. We were directed to an upgraded area called The Level. A couple were checking in. At the second desk the Manager was putting safety pins through tags !! He ignored us. We waited 20 minutes to check in At the first desk. Our Junior Suite was on the sixth floor. The terrace was great with wonderful views. The major problem being that the lift ONLY WENT TO THE FIFTH FLOOR. With 19 steps To get to our room on the Sixth floor. We feel that people booking the Sixth floor should be told about this. The room was clean and bright. A bit run down with Some drawers Too stiff to open and a couple with broken handles. The bathroom was too small for a Junior Suite.

Excellent location and v clean, sunbeds on false grass which is swept constantly. End of Sept and adult pool v cold but other pool Better. Would not hesitate to stay again and staff offering the aqua aerobics and fun dance classes were excellent.
