發表日期：2019年10月15日 在 Hotels 上My wife broke her ankle in Morocco as we were heading to the airport for Marbella. On the way to the Hotel we stopped at the hospital to have it x-rayed and casted. When we go to the La Villa Marbella at around 9:00pm it was apparent that my wife wouldn't be able to walk let alone make it up the stairs to our room, which looked very nice. They had a small ground floor room that they gave us. Not the larger suite we had reserved but not their fault.
I am not going to review the room, as it wsa a smaller less expensive room then they had ready for us, accept to say it was clean and well kept. The hotel is in a great location in the old town and is quiet even with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.
The best thing about our stay was the staff. When we got there Heather couldn't walk or use crutches. We didn't have a wheelchair so the manager helped me carry her from the car into the room and got us all situated in the room. He then, knowing how long of a day I had, drove with me to guide me out of the old town to find free parking. In all took him and I about 1-1/2 hours. After all that he called the owner at 10:30ish to let him know our situation. the owner had a new wheelchair delivered to our room the next morning. They made sure we had everything we needed for our complicated stay including us find the medical and pharmacy services we needed. They were great. Thanks,

Klein hotelletje in het midden van de oude stad Marbella. Strand, winkels en restaurants zijn op wandelafstand bereikbaar. De kamer was wat aan de krappe kant maar toch voorzien van alle nodige zaken zoals airco, ventilator, koelkast...
Ontbijt en zwembad zijn op een andere locatie (ongeveer 100 meter wandelen)
Het enige wat ons stoorde was dat onze kamer vlak naast de 24/24 u receptie was gelegen met als gevolg dat we iedereen hoorden babbelen tot in onze kamer.
De overdekte parking die werd aangeraden door het hotel vonden wij heel duur, 75 euro voor twee nachten.
We werden vriendelijk onthaald maar het was duidelijk te merken dat we het einde van het seizoen waren.

I really enjoyed my stay here! My suite had a beautiful terrace that looked onto the pool, the location was perfect in the heart of old town and the staff were kind, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Great stay, superb service
發表日期：2019年8月25日 在 Hotels 上The hotel is well kept and the location is superb right next to many restaurants, cafes etc. and only a short walk from the beach.
The service here was simply outstanding. I had forgotten my bag on the bag seat of a taxi and the reception was able to tract it down and arrange it to be delivered to the hotel. They saw a lot of effort to make this happen, had I stayed in some other hotel I would have most likely lost my bag for good.

I loved everything about this little hotel.i wish i could have packed the room in my suitcase and brought it home.it was the most lovely room i have ever stayed in.

Do not miss this beatifull hotel in the old town!
發表日期：2019年8月15日 在 Hotels 上I travel quite a lot, and have seen my share of hotels. This is a gem. Only one star is completely misleading, spacious rooms with all amenities, including water boiler, beach towels, air condition, and refridgerator.
One of the very best features was the breakfast. Lose this at your peril, fantastic value for money.
And best of all, service generally outstanding!
The owner very nice, and the recommondations for tapas restaurants in the old town spot on for what we wanted. This is my Marbella Hotel for the forseeable future.
