The Room was not what we booked, they falsely advertised different pictures. Photos showed a big bathroom with a walk in shower, a couch and comfortable table and chairs and none of these were in the room.
The bathroom was extremely small, a completely different set up without a walk in shower. It had a difficult bathtub to get into with a small piece of glass as a door. The toilet was on top of the shower & sink so only 1 person could use it at a time & we purposely booked this room because of the spacious bathroom photos in the listing & walk in shower. The floors were unsanitary outdated floors, not the ones shown in the photos. Bugs, hair & dirt were in the room. We went to the front desk & asked for them to put us in the correct room we booked, we even spoke to the manager on the phone & they refused even though they saw the photos of the room we booked & saw it didn’t match the room they gave us & we asked them to call Expedia & they refused that as well. They saw how upset we were & were so rude about it. After actually begging for help they moved us to a room that was exactly the same as the previous one & had very dangerous broken floors that had gaps all over. They didnt even want to move us into this room because they knew it was exactly the same as the first room we were in, but they wanted us to see the room was the same. Overall horrible experience.
