Insatisfação total

Fui impossibilitada de ficar na pousada. Solicitei a mudança de quarto para outro que dispusesse de uma cama mais adequada - um razoável colchão queen, tal como exposto na reserva mas não obtive positive. Os quartos com essas condições foram destinados a outros hóspedes. Justifiquei os vários problemas de coluna e mesmo assim, nada foi possibilitado. Não fiquei na estadia por mais de 2 horas à espera de contato com a proprietária para resolvermos o problema, ao menos o ressarcimento de metade do dia já pago. Não obtive retorno apesar da boa vontade da atendente.
