「Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. 「Ideal location, 12minute walk into Skiathos town. All staff very friendly, polite, attentive, helpful and professional. 「The staff was very helpful. Demetrios went above and beyond what we expected. Steep steps would not be ideal for everyone. My bad knees and age in my 70's was still able to do it. The Rock is a place I would recommend. View on the balcony was special.」

「Old style hotel but we did prefer it to its sister hotel The Princess… average 20 Min walk into the town and port.. Breakfast was great. We did have dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. Staff are full of character, helpful, and you can see that they try their hardest to accommodate all guests. The hotel does need updating …but I would stay there again 」
