"The hotel staff's helpfulness and tolerance are excellent. For example, when I mentioned at check-in that I didn't have a hairdryer, they brought one for us that same day. Another highlight is the restaurant, located next to the grill and the sea; the food is excellent, the prices reasonable, and the setting exceptional."
"Ants everywhere in the room (in my luggage, on the bed, etc.), no cold water during my stay (only hot water), dilapidated furniture, on an unattractive street but thankfully a short walk to the main tourist street. The breakfast is typical, not bad but nothing special. I would avoid this hotel. It has the potential to be nice if the rooms would be upgraded and better-furnished. But unfortunately I found it very unpleasant and was happy I only stayed one night. "
"Clean room, beautifully decorated. Staff exceptional - helpful, calm, attentive. Beautiful pool to keep cool with massage jets. 2 min walk to the beach with good connections to natural pools and other beaches. Can be booked through reception. Perfect location and atmosphere, could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Special mention to the Barman “Cidi” and receptionist “Larissa”, who made us feel very welcome. They are both a credit to the hotel. Thank you!!"
"You're matched with a Four Seasons hotel price for a 3 star hotel. Granted, the hotel electrical system was adequately installed, the architecture/design is somewhat pleasant, and the staff is, of course, Brazilian quality kindness. The Hospitality venture owners did not invest in other sections, and don't continuously do so. The beach is 3 star, and the hotel is surrounded by no decent markets, restaurants or amenities - instead, unfortunate residential poverty and stray dogs. The hotel food is scarce and good at best. Plumbing is ok, shower is not easy to find the right temperature, if ever, + low pressure, and cheap showerheads. They make decent drinks. Wifi speed and connection varies from good to zero and back. We had ants on the bed (red). The room towels were greyed and old. They need to invest heavily in a hotel consultant in order to upgrade the hotel from a 3 star.

"Salinas Maragogi deserves its reputation as a premier all-inclusive resort. The food is spectacular, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed and the guest experience is unparalleled. A huge "obrigado" to all the staff who made our stay so memorable. Grande abraços!"
