"After all the hype of this property our expectations were not met. There appears to be a lack of attention to detail. Floor of our room was ‘grimy’ and had not been cleaned to the standard expected. Dirty bed linen and insufficient towels or water to cater for the number of booked guests. Breakfast was exceptional as were the breakfast staff. Wait staff in the pool deck were often hard to find. "We enjoyed our stay. It is a rural location so have transport organised- set back from restaurants and main road- but close to everything. Good room, menu and amenities. The staff were excellent and very helpful. "

Our host was very helpful, booking a trip for us to see a cultural dance and organising our transport/negotiating a good price for the journey for us. Very nice breakfast too.
