Pior hotel que já fiquei na vida. Não recomendo

Não recomendo a Pousada Mitologia. O quarto apresentava infiltração, cheiro forte de mofo e cama desconfortável. O chuveiro quebrou no segundo dia e fomos cobrados R$140 pelo reparo, mesmo sem culpa, pois, o quarto estava sem manutenção. No novo quarto havia mais problemas: chuveiro com fita crepe, vaso SOLTO e torneira com pouca pressão. Ficamos 4 dias sem nenhuma limpeza. Pelo valor pago (R$1.178), o serviço foi péssimo, sem manutenção e sem profissionalismo.

Funcionários muitos simpáticas que compensaram o apagão que a Ilha teve de dois dias. A Gerente Fernanda muito simpática , atenciosa e prestativa fez o que estava ao seu alcance para amenizar o problema. Mas o proprietário tem que pensar em adquirir um gerador de energia.

Os funcionarios são muito educados. Quando cheguei, estava passando mal e a gerente Helena gentilmente permitiu meu check in antecipado. Ela tambem deu dicas valiosas sobre passeios e contatos locais e graças a ela eu conheci pessoas que me proporcionaram experiências especiais ma ilha que vou levar pra sempre no coração. Em relação à estrutura do hotel, é bom trazer uma hub ou régua T, pois só há 1 tomada no quarto. Outra sugestão que dei ditetamente à Helena é o hotel avaliar a oferta de chuveiro elétrico, pois banho frio é cultural para a população paraense, mas para hóspedes de outros lugares, não. E chegar de madrugada no hotel e tomar banho frio é uma experiência desagradável e muito desconfortável para quem nao tem esse costume. Pra mim foi realmente dificil. No mais, gostaria de me hospedar novamente no hotel, pois fui muito bem recebida. Abraço carinhoso para todos :-)

Bom, mas pode melhorar o café da manhã

Minha estadia foi boa, é uma pousada numa ilha, entao havera perrengues, como queda de energia a noite! Mas fora isso, acredito que é uma boa opcao para ficar na olha de algodoal. O cafe da manha é bonzinho, mas acredito que poderiam melhorar, tendo em vista o valor da diaria. Em photeis de outros estados( Rio de janeiro, Fortaleza) com diarias mais em conta, ten um super café da manha.

Hotel maravilhoso, cafe da manha satisfatório, funcionarios pro ativos, porem o quarto q fiquei pelo ar condicionado, ainda nao ser splint só direcionava o vento gelado p um local, deixando o local q ficava a cama, quente. Como o controle do mesmo nao fica nk quarto, só conseguimos dormir qdo colocamos o colchao no chao na direcao do ar.

A pousada não está preparada para receber o hóspede fora do período de temporada. Exigência do checkin após as 14h. Não teve check in pois não tinha recepcionista, quartos não estavam disponíveis após as 14h. Café da manhã servido em ambiente fechado, sem iluminação e quente. Piscina estava imunda e sem condições de banho. No apartamento liberado, não foi disponibilizado xampu, sabonete para banho. Não foi informado na reserva que as duchas dos banheiros não tinha energia.

Razoável, porém estadia muito caro para pouco espaço, chuveiro com água fria...café da manhã básico, se quiser pão de queijo e tapioca é pago...não tem serviço de limpeza do quarto...enfim.

Ótima estadia!

Fiquei na pousada por 4 dias com uma amiga e saímos muito satisfeitos de uma forma geral. Todos os funcionários se mostraram muito simpáticos e solícitos na hora de atender nossos chamados e fomos muito bem recebidos. As instalações são confortáveis (áreas livres, quarto/cama/lençóis/toalhas, etc) e não tivemos qualquer problema quanto a isto. As únicas sugestões que deixo são: 1) quanto à comunicação do financeiro com a recepção, pois tive problemas antes do check in e depois do check out, causados por erros de comunicação; e 2) quanto à limpeza da piscina, pois conforme foram chegando mais hóspedes e o fluxo de pessoas tomando banho foi aumentando, a piscina ficou bastante suja e não foi limpa, no último dia de estadia não quisemos mais tomar banho nela porque estava muito suja, com detritos e a coloração da água já havia mudado. Fora isso, recomendo demais as acomodações, agradeço e parabenizo pelo trabalho de todos.

Estrutura 10, atendimento pode ser mais presente.

O Hotel oferece uma boa estrutura e, aparentemente, com constante restauração e melhoria. O atendimento é bom, porém ausente. O Hotel ser LGBT-friendly é um fato muito positivo, pois gera uma sensação de segurança na hora da hospedagem. Como sugestão deixo a ideia de fechar pacotes de transporte até o local de translado a barco para a praia da princesa. Pois, a única desvantagem estrutural é a localização muito no inicio da ilha.
