Cómo en casa

Nos alojamos 2 días,con amigos y familiares. El check in lo hicimos casi a las 3am que de hecho Fernando fue muy amable con nosotros a pesar era muy tarde. Cuando nos atendieron super rápido para que podamos descansar. Al otro día un servicio de desayuno espectacular todo muy rico en un ambiente muy confortable. Salimos a la tarde a pasear y nos limpiaron la habitación,la verdad un lujo sin duda volveremos. Gracias a todo el equipo. Lucas y Brenda.

Hotel tranquilo para una estadía corta. La verdad es que no sentí un trato muy amable de su personal, era un trato acelerado, no se sentía de buena gana. Una mañana llegué 5 minutos tarde al desayuno y me negaron un café, si bien está dentro de las condiciones, no sé, no me había pasado en otro hotel. A propósito, el desayuno tenía solo cosas dulces. La persona más amable fue el recepcionista de noche, quien se tomaba el tiempo para responder consultas. Al realizar check out no estaba la persona capacitada para cursar el pago con tarjeta de crédito y no había quien lo pudiera hacer, ello me obligó a gastar buena parte del efectivo que tenía para poder llegar a tiempo a tomar el bus que tenía reservado. En general la limpieza estaba bien, pero había detalles, cómo por ejemplo, una cucaracha muerta debajo del velador ubicado al costado de la ventana, es decir, el velador no se movió para barrer debajo, además de un par de telarañas en la parte superior del aire acondicionado. No quiero decir que el hotel sea malo, pero tiene varios elementos por mejorar.
