"Beautiful hotel with a lovely staff. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. My only comment would be that the treadmills in the gym were extremely difficult to use and I had trouble getting them to start even with the help of a staff member."

"Great location for lookout mnt. amenities. Need new mattresses for room 313, as a grandparent you need your sleep. Pool was major plus for the kids. A little over priced, when sleep was minimal."

"The rooms was very clean, the beds was comfortable. The only downside was the pillows was a little too flat. The indoor pool was awesome and very clean. The breakfast was hot and very maintained. You could get hot coffee anytime you wanted in the lobby. Even though it's a smoke free place they do have designated smoking area which is nice. And even the rooms with the pets smelled good you couldn't tell they was pets in there before. I will definitely stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, but when I moved the nightstand to look for an extra outlet, I noticed quite a bit of dust behind it and on the wall. It seemed like some of the less-visible areas of the room had not been cleaned in quite some time. The beds were a little firmer than I prefer, but I know mattress comfort is very subjective. The shower pressure was also fairly low. I understand that may be intended to help conserve water, but I personally prefer a stronger flow. I also wish the pool opened earlier than 12 PM. We arrived late at night, and it would have been nice to let my children enjoy a quick swim the following morning before we had to check out and continue our trip. My main concern was the cleanliness of the areas that are not immediately noticeable. Aside from that, the staff was wonderful, our stay was enjoyable, and I would stay here again."

"We had an absolute wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, incredibly cozy, and offered a fantastic view. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back!"

"The hotel and location are good, the room was organized but not clean. The bathtub was dirty and the bathroom trash can was full of papers. The employee in the reception says that they have problem at that moment with the cleaning personnel."
