「Have stayed here many times while visiting Walsh University. In this stay service went beyond normal service standards: we had a flat tire from lodged metal piece obtained from prior evening drive in North Canton area. A hotel maintenance man helped us get the ultra tight lug nuts off with a longer improvised lug wrench, saved us time, worry, and money.」

Concern was that other guests appeared to be from area road work crews, behaving inappropriately in the parking lot.

「The staff and service were excellent, and the location was convenient with shopping nearby. The room was comfortable and relaxing, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was of good quality, though a bit less impressive compared to another hotel we stayed at earlier on our trip. I also noticed that some guests did not show the best manners, which must be challenging for the staff to handle. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.」
「I enjoyed my stay while I was in Canton for Pro Football Hall of Fame weekend. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok but could use a little more variety. It is a good hotel that is worth the price. I wouldn't mind staying there again.」
「General cleanliness was poor. In my room the bathroom trash was in there, in the coffee maker a used dry coffee pouch was in there, using the elevator it was always smelling of tobacco use.
The front outside could be improved by cleaning and tendering the area to look smart and inviting. My stay did not meet my expectations.
There were positives like the staff were very helpful. The closeness to Walmart and other shops is very convenient. 」
