「The views are exceptional. The rooms are comfortable. Friendly staff. Hotel needs some window cleaning - very dirty especially when you’re supposed to be enjoying the beautiful view from every floor. The food at restaurant was not good at all - for dinner, out of 4 meals, 3 were inedible. Breakfast is fine. Christian environment - alcohol is not served there.」

「I would choose this next time.」

「Bedrooms were clean but had a slight off putting smell. Bed was a great sleep though. I would repaint the halls lighter and replace the carpet as very dark and unappealing to walk through.」

「Extremely friendly and helpful front staff. Lobby was very well decorated. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.」

「Everything about the hotel was great! Our balcony had the most beautiful view for our first visit there, and breakfast was nice too! We plan on staying there again, perhaps in the Spring…we heard that’s a super time to go see it when everything is starting to bloom!」

「Basically a trucker stop. Bathroom in our room was clean-ish, if you dont mine other people's hair on the floor, in the shower, or on the door frame. Stains on the inside of the comforter and dried food in the in-room mini fridge. We stayed two nights for a wedding and honestly would not come back. If you are passing through and need a place to sleep/showerz this will do otherwise pass on it.」

「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「It was unique to see the lighting in the ceiling. It provided Perfect lighting day and night!!! The room itself has was spacious and very clean . The staff was friendly and helpful. For a lower cost hotel It was a real bargain. I plan to use this hotel when I return to this area.」

「Clean rooms and helpful staff」

「Great place , clean and in a good area.」

「Great location to Maggie Valley. The staff was very nice. When arrived there was a sign that the pool closed in October. We are from Florida and was excited to sit by a mountainside pool.. oh well.. it is what it is .. note to future guests . Pool is closed seasonally. Don’t get too excited by the beautiful pool and sunset photos ❤️」

「Wonderful staff」

「Loved everything about this property! Room and whole property were extremely clean which is most important to me! I highly recommend the room with a balcony- it’s a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Look forward to visiting again!」
